Its Not about Unemployment, But Unwillingness to Explore the Opportunities

Its not about unemployment, but more about unwillingness to explore the opportunities of unleashing your own potentials for your ownself. Its about working harder to sacrifice short term survival over long term family growth and sustainability.

Our youth will prefer a 9-5 indoor job on 1/10th salary in their early 20s for any company just to tell the society that they are "employable" over a lucrative business offer or sales job, more painful is that our youth will do nothing for years until someone will knock their doors to give them a good job, until then they will waste time at dhabas all night discussing shit around but never willing to take any bold step.

Early 20s is the time to explore the unlimited business opportunities and self discovery rather than going for cheap corporate slavery. Its the time when you can work for 2-3 days without sleep, there are no distractions of marriage, kids, etc. All you have to do is to find good mentors, do rapid experiments and fail as much as you can until you know where is success and get your direction towards it.

The more I travel inside and outside Pakistan, the more I see still unexplored opportunities of our economy which only Pakistan has to offer, so many unsolved problems means so many opportunities, cheap internet, cheap skilled labor, cost effective human capital and a little effort can reap results ten times.

Believe me, business asks for hard work for some initial years and then it pays back for you and your upcoming generations.

"jo kuch nahi karta wo business kerta he", "business to wo karte hian jin ko koe nukri nahi milti", "mere pass investment nahi he" , "investment k baghair to business nahi ho sakta" ,"kya karen market me jobs hi nahi hain" , " government ki zimidari he jobs create kerna", "sara system hi kharaab he" etc etc.
